We provide telephone/e-mail support for non-emergency issues including escalation of problems on technical support of most world manufacturers, where we have premium access thanks to our certificates.

Hotline services are available during regular business hours Mon to Fri from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM by calling 475 238 155. For customers with signed contracts this service is available based on the relevant level of support or through a continuous mode 24x7.

Customers with signed contracts also have access to the customer portal, where they may monitor the status of incident solutions.
